My name is Maya, and I'm a Utah based wedding, portrait, and dance photographer. Although I live in Utah at the moment, I was born in Norway and moved to the U.S. at the age of 18. I studied fine art and graphic design in college, and after shooting several weddings and portrait sessions for friends and family, I decided to pursue photography. I'm so happy I took that route, and love meeting and working with so many wonderful people.

Here are some photos I took for Revelle Academy’s Sleeping Beauty Spring Performance in Sarasota, FL. We shot at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum of Art, at an Urban location downtown Sarasota, and in the Studio. I also shot some stills from the performance at the Opera House in Sarasota.
